I am in the profession of empowering women to take charge of their lives, their emotions, their bodies, and their health.

I help women become aware of, connect, and access their emotions. One way of achieving this is by assisting them in utilizing techniques that connect them with their bodies and the miracle they are. This allows them to get an accurate reading of their emotional reality.

My philosophy is empowerment and change begins with awareness.

Seventy-five to ninety percent of all doctor's office visits are for stress-related ailments and complaints. My belief is that the majority of women's health issues are related to our inherent difficulty in leading authentic lives. By this I mean we are trained at a young age to deny, mislabel, and suppress our true feelings. We are made to be wrong for having feelings and reactions that make others or ourselves uncomfortable. This creates endogenous stress. Stress and buried emotions eventually express themselves as physical or emotional health issues. When we are able to recognize and process these feelings true healing takes place. Certainly, there is exogenous stress, and we work on tools to overcome this. When we are operating from a health core, exogenous stress is handled in a healthy and achievable way.

My goal is to connect women with their amazing power to heal themselves. This then releases a miraculous ripple effect upon those whose lives are entwined with theirs.
